To play on loteriesport.lu you must have an active player account. Registration is completely free.
On the home page, click on "Register" in the top right-hand corner. In the fields that follow, enter your surname, first name, date of birth, postal address, email address, a pseudonym of your choice with a password, your answer to the chosen security question, your telephone number, your monthly payment limit, and your bank details. If your pseudonym already exists, you will need to choose another one. If the verification fails, we will inform you and you can contact our customer support team at the following address support@loterie.lu.
During the registration process, we will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have provided. For the registration to be finalised, you must click on the button or link in the email. This is why it is necessary to provide a valid email address when you register.
Your password must be at least ten characters long and contain at least one number and one special character. Your pseudonym must not be included in the password.
Before completing your registration, please read carefully our Terms and Conditions | Loterie Sport and our Privacy Policy | Loterie Sport and then accept them by clicking the box next to them. You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter, which will keep you informed of many exciting offers and promotions concerning loteriesport.lu. You can also subscribe to the newsletter later, by going to the overview of your player account. Finally, click on "Register now" to complete this stage of the registration process.
We will immediately send you an email containing a link: click on this link to verify your email address and finalise your registration. The doors of loteriesport.lu are now open to you!

How do I confirm my email address?
To finalise the registration of your player account, we will send you an email to the email address you provided when you created your player account.
To confirm your email address, please click on the link in the email. This link will take you to the login page on loteriesport.lu. Enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields, then click on "Login".
If, after taking this step, you continue to receive a warning stating that your email address still needs to be verified, it may be that you have used a different browser to confirm your email address than the one you normally use. In this case, copy the link contained in the email and paste it into the address bar of the browser you use to play on the platform. Press "Enter" and you will be taken to the login page for loteriesport.lu. All you must do is enter your email address and password, then click on "Connect" to confirm your email address.
